The challenge
Provide a software testing service for Creuna, who themselves did not have enough resources in place to fully adopt testing.
Now known as Knowit, the delivery of strong customer experiences is key to their offering. We therefore knew that our own performance would be heavily scrutinised. This feeling was then cemented when we discovered that the client wanted us to work in their offices.
The solution & the value
The ICE Consultancy team had worked with Creuna previously. This led to a smooth on-boarding process, with our team then joining as testing managers. We planned in great detail, producing concise documentation and establishing a clear line of communication.
Our QA testing efforts provided just the sort of solution that was required, with the client quick to convey their delight. They also kept us on as their test team for several years afterwards.
