The people at eTestware are an important part of theICEway team as a whole. It is important for any organisation to have clear values and to uphold them. Today then we embrace one of our core values and focus upon our people.

The team behind our ecosystem

eTestware is joined by ICE and CRIBB Cyber Security to make up theICEway ecosystem. Combining an MSP / technology consultancy with cyber security and software specialists gives us huge scope when delivering IT solutions. However, it would all be for nothing if we did not have the right people in place. Our global team works with clients around the world in sectors including cruise, travel and healthcare. We join forces to champion a security by design approach. It goes without saying that software testing is also very much part of our proposition.

From our IT apprentices all the way through to our co-founders, everyone works together. In fact, we cannot speak highly enough of each other. This definitely shines through in the messages posted for ICE’s 15th birthday.

ICE’s 15th Birthday

Everybody at theICEway celebrated this significant milestone. Just recently, many of us managed to get together to enjoy a fantastic Summer party here in the UK.

The eTestware team also enjoyed our own Summer party in Estonia, which we will write about in a future article. With so much celebrating going on, it is a wonder we get any work done! Our work ethic is such though that getting things done is definitely not a problem.

One reason for this ethic has to be the family spirit cultivated by our co-founders, Ian Richardson and Conor Byrne. Together they created ICE Support Ltd. in 2007 and their passion for the ecosystem as a whole now is stronger than ever.

eTestware: From Estonia to the UK

Those of you familiar with our blog will know how we originated in Estonia. For 8 years our experts have delivered quality software testing to clients around the world. Our HQ is in Tallinn but through theICEway we have achieved a global reach. Much of our original team remain in place – people such as Margery Peusa. The Estonia factor is one that we are very proud of and anyone familiar with ‘The Silicon Valley Of Europe’ will know why.

theICEway team is definitely the greatest asset our ecosystem has. The people in the UK, those in Europe, the US and Australia all compliment each other well. Each and every one works diligently towards a unified objective. This then is why we have grown from a UK IT company into a global technology services provider.
